1. Rent a Boat

Sweetwater Pontoon Rentals in Hendersonville offers water fans the chance to take a pontoon out on the lake with rates starting at $350 a day. RiverShip Cruises out of Hendersonville has a variety of cruise options to fit most any need. Food can be catered onto the ship, but guests can also bring their own food and beverages. A Tour of the Stars Homes from Old Hickory Lake is one of their popular cruises, but custom cruises for sunsets, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more can be arranged. Shady Cove Resort in Castalian Springs is more than just rentals: they host RVs, have a bait shop, restaurant, tiki bar, and a pool! However, if you’re looking to be on the water, they offer canoe rentals for $25 a day. If you’d like to do a little fishing, they also offer john boat rentals for $85 a day or $55 for 4 hours.
