Nashville SUP and Yoga takes you right onto the waters of Old Hickory Lake and guides you to align your mind, body, and spirit through yoga and paddleboarding. Bring your friends or make new ones in the instructor-led group paddleboard yoga classes or take the waters head-on with your own paddleboard or kayak rental. All experience levels are encouraged to take their adventure even further by reserving their spot for the Full Moon Paddle and Meditation class, where you can relax your mind under a Tennessee full moon.
