Rommy Kirby believes that you not only deserve to feel vibrant, healthy, and alive but that you can find your personal radiant optimal wellness. When asked what she does, she has a simple answer: “I help people feel better, manage their stress and have more energy so they can have more fun. What I teach is not rocket science. When I show you how to work with your body rather than against it, you become more resilient to stress, your weight balances, your energy and stamina increase, and life in general simply becomes more fun. It’s not hard, but it does take effort. All change does.”

Married to the love of her life who is the boy that took her to prom, Rommy lives just north of Nashville, TN, where she owns a My HOT YOGA Place and Radiant Core Yoga School.  She loves yoga, movement, and the peace of mind that comes with radiant health.
