When asked what she does, she has a simple answer: “I help people feel better, manage their stress and have more energy so they can have more fun. What I teach is not rocket science. When I show you how to work with your body rather than against it, you become more resilient to stress, your weight balances, your energy and stamina increase, and life in general simply becomes more fun. It’s not hard, but it does take effort. All change does.”
