Historic Stonewall
About Historic Stonewall
Built in 1831 for Dr. Levi Dana Ring, superintendent of Transmontania Academy, this former residence of Sumner County Museum founder John Garrott is 5,600 sq ft and is furnished as it would have been in the 1850s. Today, the home functions as a multi-use event space, offers guided tours, and can be used for private events. There are plans to operate it a bed and breakfast in the near future.
